Since October 22, 2020, RECALO’s corporate culture has not only been a living part of our corporate culture, but also an officially tested and certified standard. The quality management system is based on documenting all processes and structures in the company, controlling them and guaranteeing a continuous improvement of all procedures. In the scope of the preparations for the ISO – audit, the team of RECALO has intensively dealt with the process flows, the techniques applied in the company, the set targets as well as the associated opportunities and risks – always with the target and goal to incorporate further improvements into the existing quality management and to optimize all processes. The ISO 9001:2015 certification proves that an audited, customer-oriented quality management system is applied at RECALO.
