RECALO GmbH offers services in the field of asset and load carrier management as well as comprehensive logistics services. These services are offered to companies from various industrial sectors such as the food, consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries.

Our core business is pooling (a cycle of provision, rental as well as reconditioning and repair) of returnable load carriers (various types of boxes and pallets which are used by our customers several times as transport packaging for their loads).

Here we combine many years of technical know-how with modern, self-developed IT software and offer our customers optimized, custom-fit solutions. With our products and services, we set the highest standards within the packaging industry and are innovative pioneers in this field.

To expand our sales team, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible.

Sales Representative / Business Development Manager / Key Account (m/f/d) in the field & Remote

for the country Poland. You are mainly on site with customers and interested parties or work from your home office. The head office is in Laatzen near Hanover in Germany. However, the work can be carried out remotely from the country mentioned.

Tasks

  • Lead generation in the relevant sectors and thus development of new business
  • Presentation of products and services on site to potential customers and business partners
  • Preparation of calculations and quotations
  • Contract negotiation with new customers up to signature
  • Contact person for all non-contractual matters of existing customers
  • Expansion and control of the partner network as well as monitoring of the relevant KPIs
  • Preparation of case studies and benchmarks of existing packaging solutions in comparison.
  • Preparation of TCOs and customer-specific profitability analyses

Profile

  • You are very customer- and result-oriented and have strong communication skills
  • You have already proven yourself in sales, can inspire others and have a high level of persuasiveness
  • Proven sales success in comparable industries is desirable, a good network in the packaging industry / FMCG manufacturers is an advantage but not a must
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team with other colleagues
  • German or English fluently required + Polish business fluent
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
