
Our Focus: The satisfaction of our customers
As a proven partner and expert in international pooling and asset management in the field of reusable load carrier solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
At the end of 2025, we once again conducted a customer satisfaction survey. The valuable feedback we received enables us to better understand the wishes and requirements of our customers and to integrate them directly into our daily work.

The overall satisfaction with the collaboration with RECALO was assessed separately; Range: 1 (very low) to 10 (very high).
A particular highlight in this year is the calculated Net Promoter Score (NPS). At +60.92%, we have achieved an excellent score, which underlines our customers’ high willingness to recommend RECALO, also representing a noteworthy increase when compared to the previous year (+49.45% in 2024).

The impact of your participation
Participating in this year’s customer satisfaction survey has an additional positive effect. For each completed survey submission and in partnership with The Plastic Bank Recycling Corporation, over 570 plastic bottles were collected before they could end up in the ocean.
From problem to valuable resource
The Plastic Bank organization is dedicated to tackling two global challenges: it fights against plastic pollution in the oceans and extreme poverty. Its inclusive approach transforms plastic waste from a problem into a valuable resource.
In collaboration with coastal communities that are particularly affected by both challenges, Plastic Bank is building ethical recycling ecosystems.
The core idea is simple yet powerful: reward individuals for collecting plastic waste before it can enter our oceans. This model turns environmental stewardship into a direct pathway for people to improve their own livelihoods.
