In recent years, certificates have become increasingly important for companies. One of these is the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which many companies regard as an indispensable standard for successful collaboration. RECALO GmbH has also undergone an audit. What was special about this year?

Once again this year, RECALO GmbH has undergone a monitoring audit for its quality management system within the company. As in previous years, it passed without any problems. ‘We want to continue to develop and constantly adapt our ongoing processes to current circumstances. This requires not only our own keen eye, but also a trained view from the outside’, explains Managing Director Arash Ranjbar.
Proving global quality standards abroad
In order to strengthen its own position not only nationally but also internationally, RECALO underwent an audit at both subsidiaries in Turkey and the USA for the first time this year, with the result: passed and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015-certified. ‘Further development and growth on the international market is a business area on which we are focussing strongly. Our high quality standards apply not only to RECALO GmbH, but also to RECALO Lojistik ve Ambalaj San. Tic. Ltd. in Turkey and RECALO North America Inc. in the United States of America’, explains Ranjbar.
Important topic: sustainability and environmental protection
Sustainability has long been an integral part of day-to-day operations. New laws are constantly being passed that require companies to make their processes more sustainable and adapt them to the latest environmental regulations.
Since 2024, the ISO 9001:2015 certificate requires companies to be audited not only for ecologically responsible processes and measures, but also for their approach to climate change. ‘This is an important topic that we will be dealing with more and more intensively in the future. At RECALO, we treat sustainability and environmental protection with great care, which is why it is good that this topic was also examined in our audit’, explains Ranjbar.
