Maximized efficiency
The SMART FLUID PAC 1100 x 1100 x 1139 CubeFlow (SFP-1111-1139-CF) has the external dimensions of 1100 x 1100 x 1139 (L x W x H). A capacity of 1000 L and 3000 kg dynamic load ensures optimized use of space and load in road and rail transport. When folded, up to seven SFP-1111-1139-CF can be loaded in a standard truck with an interior height of three meters. This reduces the costs for reverse logistics, in some cases significantly, and reduces the environmental impact.
Suitable for automation
The SFP-1111-1139-CF is fully compatible with standard automation and conveyor systems. The six steel-reinforced skids and additional anti-slip strips are fully compatible with standard automation and conveyor systems. The base is interchangeable and easy to replace, which considerably reduces repair costs.
Each SFP-1111-1139-CF is equipped with a barcode label with an integrated RFID transponder.

Features and characteristics of SFP-1111-1139-CF
Easy valve operation & protection from contamination
SFP-1111-1139-CF type load carriers provide generous space in the lower connection area for easy and intuitive valve connection for both loading and unloading.
The sump cover ensures protection of sensitive parts from contamination and can be fixed magnetically to the IBC wall plate above when fully opened.
Tamper Evidence for optimal security
The sump cover of SFP-1111-1139-CF load carriers can be secured using a tamper evidence [TE] clip to reliably prevent unauthorized opening, loss or removal of liquids during transportation.
Each TE-Clip provides a unique security identifier (ID). After the Smart Fluid Pac has been filled and the sump cover has been closed, the TE-Clip can be easily attached to the cover.
Self-locking lid
SFP-1111-1139-CF load carriers are equipped with a lid that has self-locking handles. To open the lid, first release the latch, and then the lid can be lifted off by the handles.
To close the lid, simply place it on the Smart Fluid Pac and press down, causing the locking handles to self-lock and securely hold the lid in place.
For added security, a Tamper Evidence [TE] Clip with a unique security identifier (ID) can be attached to the locking handles to prevent unauthorized opening.
Automatic Drainage System
The bottom base of the SFP-1111-1139-CF Smart Fluid Pac is sloped from the back to the front connection area, which allows excess fluid to automatically drain through the drainage holes in the bottom.
This feature ensures that rain or other liquids are not trapped in the bottom of the IBC.
Filling level indicators
During filling or emptying, the SFP-1111-1139-CF load carrier allows the operator to view the fill volume through transparent windows.
The inside also features a scale for intuitive fill level indication and remaining quantity detection.
