The SMART FLUID PAC OptiFlow 1200 x 800 x 918 (SFP-OF-1208-918) has external dimensions of 1200 x 800 x 918 (L x W x H). A capacity of 560 L and 2160 kg dynamic payload ensures optimized space and load utilization in road and rail transport.

When folded, up to seven folded SFP-OF-1208-918 can be loaded in a standard truck with an interior height of three meters. This reduces the costs for reverse logistics significantly and also reduces the environmental impact.

Suitable for automation

The SFP-OF-1208-918 is fully compatible with standard automation and conveyor systems due to its robust base, three reinforced skids and additional anti-slip strips.

Each SFP-OF-1208-918 is equipped with a barcode label with an integrated RFID transponder.

Features and characteristics of SFP-OF-1208-918

Easy valve operation & protection from contamination

SFP-OF-1208-918 load carriers provide generous space in the lower sump area for best valve connection for loading and unloading product.

The sump cover reliably protects sensitive connection components from contamination and can be magnetically attached to the IBC wall plate above after opening.

Tamper Evidence for maximum security

The sump cover of SFP-OF-1208-918 load carriers can be secured using a Tamper Evidence [TE] Clip to effectively prevent unauthorized opening, the loss or removal of fluids.

Each tamper-evidence clip is assigned a unique security identifier (ID). After the Smart Fluid Pac is filled and the port cover is closed, the tamper evident clip can easily be attached on to the sump cover.

Lid with self-locking mechanism

SFP-OF-1208-918 load carrier are equipped with a lid that has self-locking handles. To open the lid, first release the latch, and then the lid can be lifted off by the handles.

To close the lid, simply place it on the Smart Fluid Pac and press down, causing the locking handles to automatically engage and securely lock the lid in place.

For added security, a Tamper Evidence [TE] Clip with a unique security identifier (ID) can be attached to the locking handles to prevent unauthorized opening.

Self-draining base

SFP-OF-1208-918 load carriers feature an self-draining base. It is designed to slope slightly from the back to the front connection area, allowing excess fluid to drain on its own from the drainage holes in the base.

This feature ensures that rain or other liquids are not trapped in the bottom of the IBC.
