Schoeller Allibert, one of the largest manufacturers of reusable plastic packaging in Europe, and the pooling company RECALO from Laatzen expand the cooperation and agree on a strategic partnership. This agreement includes a long-term supplier contract and the marketing of a new, three-part, foldable returnable load carrier for the FMCG and food industries. The reusable load carrier SLP (Smart-Light-Pac) is the result of an extensive development project of both companies.

In Laatzen, the partners confirmed the start of joint production and marketing activities. Arash Ranjbar, Managing Director of RECALO GmbH and Hans-Joachim Wiedmann, Managing Director of Schoeller Allibert GmbH signed the agreement.
“This contract will considerably expand our partnership with Schoeller Allibert and significantly strengthen our position as a recognised pooling and logistics service provider”, said Arash Ranjbar at the signing of the supply contract. The signed contract is part of a long-term cooperation with Schoeller Allibert and represents a sales volume of up to € 6.9 million for the next 5 years.

“This supply agreement has a special significance for RECALO. The joint development work enabled us to incorporate our many years of experience in the pooling business into the conception and development of a new reusable load carrier. Significant improvements have been implemented in the product design so that we can meet the increased requirements of our customers. With the new product, we will achieve our goal of being a reliable and even more efficient service provider. We are delighted to have found the ideal implementation partner in Schoeller Allibert,” comments Arash Ranjbar.

With this commitment, RECALO is underpinning its claim to become an innovative pioneer among the pooling companies. Schoeller Allibert acts as contract manufacturer for the new reusable load carrier SLP (Smart-Light-Pac). RECALO is the owner of the tools and the marketing rights. Schoeller Allibert GmbH has marketing and sales rights.
