Inside Sales Agent (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Supporting our international sales team in administrative matters
  • Independent processing of customer enquiries and preparation of quotations
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Organisation and coordination of (international) customer appointments
  • Organising trade fairs and events as part of national and international sales
  • Creating sales documents, presentations and minutes as well as preparing figures
  • Market and competition analyses to identify sales opportunities
  • Expansion and maintenance of the CRM system (Sales Force)
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Close cooperation with other departments, in particular Controlling, Marketing and Logistics

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, also for career starters
  • Initial experience in internal sales desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Sales Force is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Thorough, independent, structured and proactive way of working
  • Initiative, coupled with a strong customer and service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in an internationally growing team
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
