Results of the 2022 customer survey

As a reliable partner and service provider for international pooling and asset management, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

At the end of business year 2022, we at RECALO once again conducted a customer satisfaction survey. The results speak for themselves and strengthen our customer, quality and service orientation.

The following results (∅) were achieved

With the question about the probability of a recommendation of RECALO, the Net Promoter Scores (NPS) could be calculated. With an NPS of +63.16%, we achieved an excellent score that stands for itself.

For every completed participation in this year’s customer satisfaction survey, 100 trees will be planted in cooperation with Eden Reforestation Projects.

The planting of trees is in line with RECALO’s green and steadily more CO2 neutral corporate orientation.

In cooperation with Eden Reforestation Projects, we support valuable climate and reforestation projects in Haiti, Honduras, Brazil, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Nepal and the Philippines, thus making a sustainable contribution to a more CO2 neutral future. Further information on Eden’s successes and the current project countries is summarized in this year’s “General Planting Sites 2022”.

When it comes to combating climate change, planting trees is one of the most proven technologies. While goals like planting a trillion trees seem incredibly ambitious, one nonprofit has already planted and restored nearly a billion trees – a milestone worth celebrating.

Eden Reforestation Projects is a nonprofit organization that works to rebuild natural landscapes destroyed by deforestation in developing countries, working directly with communities that have fallen into extreme poverty as a result of deforestation and the destruction of their livelihoods. The organization employs 14,800 community members in the field, giving them the training and tools they need to plant, care for and protect millions of trees to maturity each year.

With a world-class seedling survival rate of over 80%+ (not counting natural reproduction) and the dedication and commitment of local people, young mangroves and trees of all kinds have the best chance of becoming the forest for tomorrow.

Highly motivated, we are already looking forward to continue to inspire with innovations, exceptional quality and top service in the future. The feedback has shown us that we are on the right track and we would like to thank you for your participation.
